Terms and Conditions

In order to confirm your reservation you will be required to make a deposit with PayPal equivalent to:
  • Green Season: one night’s accommodation.
  • High Season: two night’s accommodation.

Conditions for cancellation or No Show:
  • 100% refund of deposit if the reservation is cancelled with a minimum 30 days notice.
  • 50% refund of deposit if cancelled between 15 to 30 days notice prior to the reservation date.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to reservation date or for no show.
  • An administration fee of 25% will be deducted from all refunds.

  • Low Season Rates: May 1 – November 30
  • High Season Rates: December 1 – April 30

Rates shown on the Website are calculated per night for one Cottage or one Room and do not include the 13% government tax. No meals Included. There will be a charge of $ 15 per night plus tax for each additional bed.
