• Check in: 2 pm
• Check out: 11 am
• No check ins after 9 pm

In order to confirm your reservation you will be required to make a deposit with PayPal equivalent to:

• For a stay less than 7 nights, a deposit of the first night.
• For a stay of 7-10 nights, a deposit for the first three nights.
• For a stay of over 10 nights, a deposit for the first five nights.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We are a small hotel and any change to an existing reservation will have an affect on the reservation of other potential guests who would like to stay with us. For this reason you will be partially or totally financially responsible (see below) for any changes to your reservation, late (next day) arrival, no-shows or early check-outs.

• More than 30 days notice: Full refund of deposit less 10% handling fee.
• 30-15 days notice: Guests must pay 25% of total nights reserved.
• 14-8 days notice: Guests must pay 50% of total nights reserved.
• Less than 7 days notice or No-Show: Guests must pay 100% of total nights reserved.

• Low Season Rates:
  May, June, September, October, November, December 1-14
• High Season Rates:
  July, August, December 15 to April
• Peak Season Rates:
  December 20 – January & Easter Week

Rates shown on the Website are calculated per night for one Cottage or one Room and do not include the 13% government tax. No meals Included. There will be a charge of $ 15 per night plus tax for each additional bed.
