Rates - Small Cottage

Low Season May, June, September, October, November, December 1-14	$ 85 USD
High Season July, August, December 15 to April	$ 95 USD
Peak Season December 20 - January and Easter week	$ 110 USD

Taxes: 13% (not included)
Each additional bed: $ 15 + tax

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days notice: Full refund of deposit less 10% handling fee.
30-15 days notice: Guests must pay 25% of total nights reserved.
14-8 days notice: Guests must pay 50% of total nights reserved.
Less than 7 days notice or No-Show: Guests must pay 100% of total nights reserved.
